The 5th Chapter outlines the basics of editing photos. In my opinion I think the editing process has just as much importance as the process of actually taking the photo. I have learned in this class that editing makes a WORLD of difference in a photograph. This is why it's extremely important to learn how to use the editing program to the best of its capability. The editing also allows for more creativity and personality to be shown through the image. It can also add to the photographers style of photography.
This chapter has lots of examples of photoshop which I'm not familiar with but the information was still helpful because Lightroom is similar to photoshop. So far I like Lightroom a lot but someday I would like to start using photoshop.
